TIME: 10:00 - 15:00 (approx.), but you are free to leave earlier!
Meet at the Riverside Car Park along Kilpatrick Drive. From there we will walk up river to view Newshot Island from the LNR/nature trail.
We hope to see waders and Common Terns, plus there should be warblers, tits, and other songbirds around the nature trail. We may then cross a stile into a field and walk up to the reedbed but that will depend on if the group is happy to do that and whether the cattle are there. Once finished we will then head down river to Erskine Harbour and Boden Boo. We hope to see more waders at Erskine Harbour, and if the weather is good then we will check Boden Boo for Purple Hairstreak butterflies.
