The drake Ring-necked Duck back on Bingham’s Pond, Glasgow.
The ringed adult Mediterranean Gull again at Richmond Park. This ringed bird is an interesting bird. It was ringed in Antwerp as a chick in June 2002 and originally had green Darvic 3LV5 which it lost at some point. This makes it one of the older Mediterranean Gulls seen in the UK. It has also been seen regularly at Strathclyde Loch. Prior to getting the ring read in 2019, the last confirmed sighting of it was in Port Seton in 2010.

A ringtail Hen Harrier unsuccessfully preying on a Black Grouse in upper Glen Fruin, also a Barn Owl in the area.

The drake Ring-necked Duck back on Bingham’s Pond, Glasgow.
The ringed adult Mediterranean Gull again at Richmond Park. This ringed bird is an interesting bird. It was ringed in Antwerp as a chick in June 2002 and originally had green Darvic 3LV5 which it lost at some point. This makes it one of the older Mediterranean Gulls seen in the UK. It has also been seen regularly at Strathclyde Loch. Prior to getting the ring read in 2019, the last confirmed sighting of it was in Port Seton in 2010.

A ringtail Hen Harrier in the north west end of Glen Fruin; nearby, a male hunting on the moorland to the east of Tom na h-Airidh.
A large flock of birds continue to use Blackstoun Farm including a Brambling with 200 Chaffinches, 18 Twite, 175 Skylarks and five Tree Sparrows.
An outstanding count of 26 Yellowhammers coming to seed in a Kilmacolm garden.

A White-tailed Eagle flying over Ettrick Bay, Isle of Bute while observer was watching an Otter, also two Little Egrets and four Black-throated Divers there.
The 3rd-winter Yellow-legged Gull arriving at Balgray Reservoir roost at 1630 hrs.
