On Great Cumbrae, a Little Egret in White Bay, later in Skate Bay, before flying off in the direction of Bute, also, in Skate Bay, 34 Bar-tailed Godwits, and a Greenshank at Little Skate Bay.
A Dunlin briefly at Strathclyde Loch, also now 50 Sand Martins.

31 Whooper Swans NW over RSPB Baron's Haugh, also a Green Sandpiper in flight.
A Black-tailed Godwit and a Redshank on the new scrape at RSPB Lochwinnoch.

A pair of "Scaup" species on Woodend Loch, Coatbridge.
An Osprey flying over Balmaha.
A singing Blackcap at RSPB Baron's Haugh is probably a migrant and the female visiting a Kelvingrove garden again is more likely a wintering bird.
Birds passing north included 50 Pink-footed Geese over Garelochhead and 15 Fieldfares over Net Bay, RSPB Loch Lomond.

A Sandwich Tern and six Bar-tailed Godwits at Ballochmartin Bay, Great Cumbrae, also 24 migrating Whooper Swans.
It looks as if the two Lesser Scaups at Woodend Loch have moved to Skinflats, Upper Forth

A trickle of single Bramblings noted passing through the ringing station at Kirk o' Shotts this week.

From the Isle of Bute, three Slavonian Grebes and two Great Northern Divers in Ettrick Bay, also two Red-throated Divers.
Two Black-tailed Godwits at Balgray Reservoir, also still two Barnacle Geese.
A Green Sandpiper continues at BAE Systems, Bishopton.
19 Whooper Swans NE over Kilbarchan just before dusk.
A Black-tailed Godwit continues at Balmore Pool, also a fall of migrating Meadow Pipits noted in surrounding fields.
