An excellent count of 41 Tree Sparrows in the Portnauld/Florish area, Inchinnan; nearby, another eight at Netherton Farm.

An adult Mediterranean Gull again at Carbarns Pool in the evening.
Still four adult Little Ringed Plovers with at least two chicks at RSPB Lochwinnoch, also a Greenshank and a Dunlin.
A Manx Shearwater from the Wemyss Bay to Rothesay ferry. (This is a good time to start sea-watching from Cloch Point and/or Wemyss Point to see Manx Shearwaters and perhaps the occasional skua).

Now an adult Mediterranean Gull (with a Polish ring PRK8) on the scrape at RSPB Lochwinnoch, also last night a juvenile present, making three different individuals in the last two days, and last night and this morning two eclipse drake Mandarin Ducks.

A moult flock of 160 Goosanders in three flocks in Net Bay, Loch Lomond; nearby, a migrating flock of six Common Sandpipers at Crom Mhin.

At Ardmore, three Whimbrel in the south bay and an Osprey fishing in the north bay, also, off the point, the autumn/winter concentration of Great Crested Grebes has reached 97.
A Ruff at RSPB Baron's Haugh, also at least five Green Sandpipers (seven yesterday evening).
A Green Sandpiper at Balgray Reservoir.
Still at least two Little Ringed Plovers with 50 Lapwing on the scrape at RSPB Lochwinnoch, also still two Spotted Flycatchers.

Unusually two Ringed Plovers at Hogganfield Loch.
