A record count for present times of 134 Pintail at the Ardoch roost, Dumbarton. This constitutes the highest count on the estuary for 50 years when a flock of over 200 birds could be seen.
Ten Greenshank at their alternative roost from Finlaystone Point at Auchendores Reservoir, Kilmacolm.

Good numbers of wildfowl and returning waders at Lamington including 70 Curlew, 66 Oystercatchers, 52 Lapwing and 128 Wigeon.
A female Long-tailed Duck at Fintray Bay, Great Cumbrae.
A Green Sandpiper calling on small pool between Carbarns Pool and Lower Carbarns Farm, also a Barn Owl seen briefly flying low over Merryton.

Eight Waxwings in trees at the north end of Queens's Park then flew off to the north.
17 Slavonian Grebes, 57 Great Crested Grebes and 12 Red-throated Divers off Ardmore Point, also 38 Bar-tailed Godwits in Ardmore south bay.
