Little Ringed Plovers still present at Endrick Water and Balgray Reservoir which also had a pair of Ringed Plovers.
Clyde’s first singing Willow Warblers noted with singles at Erskine and Merryton where a Green Sandpiper still remains.
Two Blackcaps reported, a singing bird at RSPB Lochwinnoch Visitor Centre and a female in an Eaglesham garden.
As expected, small numbers of Swallows including two at Balmaha and up to three at RSPB Lochwinnoch. JMa

Now three Black-tailed Godwits at Newshot Island; nearby, at Longhaugh, five White Wagtails and an impressive 130 Linnets, also 82 Pink-footed Geese.
Ten Shelduck now at their inland breeding site South Medwin Pools, also 5,000 Pink-footed Geese gathering before their journey north.
New migrants include a reeling Grasshopper Warbler at Aber Bog, RSPB Loch Lomond, also Tree Pipits in song and a Sedge Warbler singing briefly at Lochwinnoch.
Pink-footed Geese on their northerly journey continue to be noted over Isle of Arran, Loch Thom, RSPB Loch Lomond and Kirk o’ Shotts.

Six Whimbrel now at Ardmore.

Today’s migrants included a singing Whinchat near Abington and Helensburgh Reservoir, a Whitethroat at the River Clyde below Adder’s Gill, a Sedge Warbler at Greenock Cut Visitor Centre and three reeling Grasshopper Warblers at Cathkin Marsh SWT Reserve, also unusually, yesterday, two Tree Pipits at Hogganfield Park LNR.
