Widespread Pink-footed Geese passage north noted, last night and this morning.
New migrant arrivals were of an early singing Redstart at RSPB Loch Lomond, a House Martin over Flenders Farm, Clarkston, a pair of Ring Ouzels at Culter Glen, and a Common Sandpiper at Walkinshaw which could still be the wintering individual there.

A Night Heron again at Baron's Haugh. Initially seen at Merryton, it flew down stream to the location where it has been mostly seen-in riverside willows opposite and downstream from former Phoenix Hide site.

Three Great Northern Divers in Whiting Bay, Isle of Arran, also a male Whinchat on Machrie Moor Road.
At east Loch Lomond, three Pied Flycatchers (two males), also two Wood Warblers, five Tree Pipits and ten Redstarts all in song at Sallochy; nearby, a male Pied Flycatcher at Inversnaid.
Single Whitethroats have arrived at Bishop Loch, Hogganfield Loch and Erskine.
A Cuckoo and a Grasshopper Warbler in song at Blacklaw Moss, Carstairs.

About 50 Whimbrel on the scrape at RSPB Lochwinnoch at midday, before flying off; again present late afternoon, before flying off.

A Wood Sandpiper flushed at Shieldhill Farm, Eaglesham; also, yesterday at least 25 Greenland Wheatears, a female Merlin and a Whinchat.

This morning at Longhaugh Point, 28 Whimbrel, a pair of Pintail, 66 Pink-footed Geese, a male Whinchat and two White Wagtails, with a Common Tern on the estuary there, and 20 Black-tailed Godwits at Milton Island.
