We expect to see a very good variety of waders and ducks. The area is perhaps the best wintering site in Scotland for Greenshank, and Little Egret is regularly encountered throughout the year, and is now regarded as a resident species.
COVID-19 precautions
In order to keep everyone safe, our walks will be run in accordance with Scottish Government guidelines in place at the time. You may need to wear a mask when unable to maintain social distancing. Please do not attend if you (or anyone in your household) have any Covid-like symptoms.
