 From Isle of Bute, a Great White Egret at Loch Fad and 21 Whooper Swans at Kingarth Airfield.
A female/immature Common Scoter at the south end of Barr Loch, RSPB Lochwinnoch.

The drake American Wigeon continues at Newshot Island, also a Pintail present and four juvenile Gannets SW over in the morning.
A Great White Egret over Aird Meadow, RSPB Lochwinnoch early afternoon, also a 1st-winter drake Scaup again on Barr Loch.
A Little Egret and a Green Sandpiper at RSPB Baron's Haugh, also a female Scaup before flying off.
Nine Barnacle Geese with Pink-footed Geese at Raw Farm, Broken Cross Muir, near Douglas Water.
An excellent inland flock of 600 Golden Plovers at South Medwin Pools, also 453 Lapwing.
A pair of Pintail and a Knot at Ardmore North Bay.

A Slavonian Grebe still on Johnston Loch, Coatbridge.
A drake American Wigeon still at Newshot Island, also a Little Egret.
A Great White Egret continues at north end of Castle Semple Loch, also a 1st-winter drake Scaup.

On the Clyde floodplain around Pettinain/Eastfield Farm, 135 Whooper Swans, a Little Egret and, unusually, a Greenshank.
A 1st-winter drake Scaup still on Castle Semple Loch.
A Little Egret still at RSPB Baron's Haugh.
 
Thursday 6 November 2025
A Black-necked Grebe and two Scaup off Craigendoran, Helensburgh, also unusually, two Pochard and a drake Shoveler; nearby, a Brent Goose continues in Ardmore North Bay, also 15 Bar-tailed Godwits.
A 1st-winter Long-tailed Duck on Waulkmill Glen Reservoir.
Two hybrid geese, probable Cackling/Barnacle Geese with Greylag Geese and four Barnacle Geese at Kingarth airfield, Isle of Bute.
80 Greenland White-fronted Geese at Gartfairn Farm; nearby, a remarkable flock of 1,000 Canada Geese by the Endrick Water at Drymen.
 
Friday 7 November 2025
Nine Slavonian Grebes, a Razorbill and ten Knot at Ardmore.
A female/immature Long-tailed Duck on Barr Loch, RSPB Lochwinnoch, before flying off.
A 1st-winter Long-tailed Duck still on Waulkmill Glen Reservoir.
Eight Purple Sandpipers and a Peregrine at Dunagoil Bay, Isle of Bute, also a female Common Scoter far out.
Single Bramblings at Kilmacolm Meadows and a Motherwell garden.
A Peregrine hunting from a pylon in fields behind Mugdock Village.
A Woodcock at BAE Systems, Bishopton, also a Ringed Plover heard.

A Ptarmigan flushed at summit of Ben Vorlich, also in the area a Golden Eagle, a Woodcock and 300 Fieldfares.
A drake American Wigeon continues at Newshot Island and 500 Fieldfare.
A Great White Egret on a tree at north end of Castle Semple Loch; nearby, a remarkable 230 Snipe on Aird Meadow scrape, RSPB Lochwinnoch.
A Great White Egret at Douglas Estate East Pond.
A 1st-winter Long-tailed Duck still on Waulkmill Glen Reservoir.
Three Little Egrets and a Slavonian Grebe at Ardmore.
A Little Egret and three Green Sandpipers at RSPB Baron's Haugh, also now 14 Whooper Swans and 20 Curlew.

80 Greenland White-fronted Geese north of Millennium Hall, Gartocharn.
A Great White Egret, 29 Whooper Swans and two Pintail at Wards Pond, RSPB Loch Lomond.
A Great White Egret at Hillend Reservoir, Airdrie.
On the south side of the estuary during WeBS, a Great Northern Diver and two Slavonian Grebes off Newark Castle, four Red-throated Divers off Parklea, five Greenshank at Finlaystone Point, ten Black-tailed Godwits at Langbank, two Little Egrets and a Woodcock at Newshot Island.

The female Peregrine (Bonnie) roosting at Glasgow University and an immature male (Victor) roosting on north side of City Chambers.

At least 125 Greenland White-fronted Geese north of the Millennium Hall, Gartocharn.
Five female type Scaup on Bardowie Loch, Milngavie; nearby, a drake Scaup still on Balmore Pool, also 14 Shoveler.
20 Pochard on Bishop Loch, also a Peregrine east over.
A Brambling again coming to the feeders in a Motherwell garden.

At RSPB Loch Lomond, an unconfirmed report of a White-tailed Eagle at Net Bay, also, from the boardwalk, at least 80 Greenland White-fronted Geese, a Great White Egret, a Red Kite and a ringtail Hen Harrier still; nearby, three Barnacle Geese with Pink-footed Geese at Gartocharn PS.
134 Greenland White-fronted Geese in two flocks, 88 at Gartocharn and 46 at Meikle Finnery.
Seven Jack Snipe at Balgray Reservoir.
Eight Little Egrets at Ardmore, also a Peregrine on its usual tree.
 
Friday 21 November 2025
A Greenshank at Lunderston Bay, Inverkip.
Still 134 Greenland White-fronted Geese in two flocks, 77 at Meikle Finnery, 57 at Gartocharn, also still three Barnacle Geese with Pink-footed Geese in the area,
20 Pochard and seven Shoveler on a mostly frozen Gadloch.
Two separate Woodcock in flight at the Gartcosh end of M73, also one a BAE Systems, Bishopton.
A probable wintering Chiffchaff by the White Cart Water at Paisley Abbey.

At RSPB Loch Lomond, 80 Greenland White-fronted Geese over in direction of Gartocharn, two Great White Egrets at Net Bay, a male and ringtail Hen Harrier in the area and an Otter in Ring Wood.
1,000 Chaffinches with three Brambling and 400 Skylarks at Blackstoun Farm rhubarb fields, also 170 Stock Doves.
Seven Tree Sparrows in trees by the Linburn/Millfield footpath, Erskine.
